TripZane ("TripZane", "we", "us") publishes free, informational content about travel budgeting. We are not a travel agency, and we do not sell flights, accommodation, insurance, or any other paid travel service. This policy covers the colistream.com website only.
Because TripZane does not offer paid services, we never collect payment card details, booking references, or passport information through this site — please don't send us these either.

We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically as you browse.

- Contact form details: first name, last name, email address, the topic you select, and the content of your message.

Contact form submissions are kept only as long as needed to answer your query and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you follow up, after which they are deleted. Aggregated analytics data is retained in a form that no longer identifies you individually.
